Coronavirus USA: Donald Trump wears mask in public | DW News

US President Donald Trump has worn a mask in public for the first time since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. In the past, he’s poked fun at his political rivals for doing the same, while the United States continues to be the country that is worst-affected by COVID-19. And it has just reported another record daily high in new cases, topping 60,000 new cases in a single day. So has the president had a change of heart? And will we see him wearing a mask more often?
